MoveClock — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the MoveClock mobile app (com.mixlumina.moveclock),
published by Mixlumina. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MoveClock on devices you own or control. The app itself, its design, artwork and sounds remain the property of Mixlumina.
What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Redistribute, resell or sublicense the app or its assets.
- Interfere with the app’s advertising, or use the app in a way that breaks any applicable law.
Ads
The app is free and supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob; what they collect is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features. Updates are distributed through Google Play and may be required for the app to keep working.
No warranty
MoveClock is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is a timing aid, not an officially certified tournament device: we do not guarantee that it is free of defects, or that it will be suitable for a rated or official game. Check the rules of your event before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mixlumina is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app — including the outcome of any game played using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
The app uses Google Play services, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
